We know many of you who attend our talks are keen to buy a site and start your first project. This is why we've launched the Deal Clinic, a  session specifically designed for those of you actively looking for or working on a site seeking expert review and peer feedback.

In development, the deal—buying at the right price and with the right structure—is the defining factor between profit and loss because profit is primarily created at the point you buy a site, not at the point of sale.

How It Works:
The Hot Seat: Bring your live site, sketches, and financial appraisal. You get 30 minutes of dedicated, ruthless stress-testing to ensure your deal is bankable.

The Boardroom: Sit in as an observer, learn the commercial frameworks from live teardowns, and network with active developers.

The Deal Room: All attendees who sign the NDA are invited into our private WhatsApp group for off-market site introductions and ongoing support.
